QR codes that survive printing
Plenty of places generate QR codes. Here is where we differ: once a code is printed it is no longer software but a physical object — pressed onto a menu, a package, a sign, a business card. So every decision here is made against one question: “does this change break printed material in the field?”
A code is printed once
The short code we generate never changes and is never reassigned. That is not a policy but a rule locked at the database level — not even our own code can change it. Your code stays yours even after a subscription ends.
What you see is what prints
Every module shape, eye frame and template we offer is tested with a real QR decoder. An unreadable design does not make the list. The editor also tells you the smallest safe print size in millimetres.
The legal side is complete
Privacy notice, explicit consent, cookie policy, pre-contract information, distance sales agreement and withdrawal terms are ready and versioned. Which user accepted which version is on record. We do not store raw IP addresses.
What we deliberately do not do
- No review gating. Our Google review template sends everyone straight to Google. Setups that filter out low ratings and forward only happy customers violate Google policy and mislead consumers.
- No pixels without consent. Advertising pixels are supported but never fire without asking the person scanning. Most competitors never ask; the liability lands on the code owner.
- No hostage-taking. When your subscription ends your codes are not deleted and your short addresses are not reassigned. We do not hold your printed material as leverage.
