Changing plans never affects your QR codes. The address inside a code never changes; upgrading only lifts the limits.
Frequently asked questions
- Are my QR codes deleted when the limit runs out?
- No. Codes are never deleted. When the limit is reached the redirect pauses and scanners see an informative page. The moment you upgrade, the same codes work again — no reprinting needed.
- Does this affect my printed material?
- No. The address embedded in the QR code is generated once and never changes. Changing plans, editing the destination, pausing and resuming — none of it touches that address.
- How are scans counted?
- One scan is counted when a person scans the code with their phone. Link previews from WhatsApp or Slack and search-engine crawlers are not counted — they are not real scans and should not consume your limit.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for; your service works fully until then. Details are in the Right of Withdrawal and Refund terms.
- Is VAT included in the prices?
- Yes. All displayed prices include 20% VAT; there are no extra charges.
- How can I pay?
- Currently by bank transfer: after placing an order you see the bank details, make the payment and upload the receipt. Your plan activates as soon as it is approved. Card payment integration is in progress.
