Content Removal and Hosting Provider Notice
How to request content removal under Turkish Law No. 5651.

1. Hosting provider
Under Turkish Law No. 5651 on Regulating Broadcasts on the Internet:

2. Grounds for a removal request
Violation of personal rights (art. 9), violation of privacy (art. 9/A), copyright infringement (Law No. 5846), trademark infringement (Law No. 6769), the catalogue offences in article 8, or breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. What your request must contain
Your name or company name and contact details; a power of attorney if filed by a representative; the exact address of the content — the short code (e.g. qrkarekod.com/r/A7KX9M2P) or the hosted page URL; a clear, reasoned explanation of which right was infringed and how; documents evidencing your rights for copyright or trademark claims; an express statement that your declaration is accurate; and any court decision, prosecutor's instruction or regulatory decision.
Incomplete requests cannot be processed; we will tell you what is missing.
4. How to submit
Online form at qrkarekod.com/kotuye-kullanim, by email to destek@qrkarekod.com, or by post to İstasyon Mah. Halkalı İstasyon Cad. Göl Konutları B1 Blok, No: 56/C, İç Kapı No: 16, Küçükçekmece, İstanbul.
5. Process
Requests are taken up within 24 hours. Manifest unlawfulness (phishing, malware, child sexual abuse material) results in immediate blocking. Otherwise the content owner is notified and asked to respond within 48 hours, and a decision follows. The outcome is emailed to you. Where a court decision or an order from a competent authority exists, access is blocked immediately within the period stated in it.
6. Counter-notice
A user whose content is removed may appeal with reasons to destek@qrkarekod.com. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.
7. Judicial remedies
This procedure does not affect your right to apply directly to a Criminal Judgeship of Peace under article 9 of Law No. 5651.
