This form is prepared under article 5 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation to inform the consumer before the contract is concluded.

2. Essential characteristics of the service

You are purchasing a digital subscription or credit pack on qrkarekod.com. The scope of the plan comprises the scan limit, number of QR codes, available features and team seats. Full details appear in your order summary and at qrkarekod.com/paketler, which form an integral part of this form.

The service contains no physical product; delivery is electronic, by upgrading your account to the relevant plan.

3. Price and payment

The amount shown in the order summary is in Turkish Lira and includes VAT at 20%. There are no shipping, delivery or similar additional charges.

4. Delivery

For bank transfers, your plan is activated once payment is received and the receipt verified, within 2 business days at the latest. Performance of the service begins the moment the plan is activated.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason or paying a penalty.

However, under article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form.

Your plan is activated right after payment is confirmed. At checkout you are therefore asked to confirm, through a separate explicit checkbox, that you expressly request immediate performance and that you know this ends your right of withdrawal.

Unconditional 14-day refund guarantee. Although no statutory right of withdrawal applies, we grant a contractual right that is no less favourable: if you write to destek@qrkarekod.com within 14 days of your payment date, the full amount is refunded without any reason being asked, within 14 days of your request, by the same method and at no cost to you.

6. Dispute resolution

You may take complaints to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at the place of purchase or your place of residence, within the monetary thresholds set annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
