Create a WhatsApp QR code

A WhatsApp code carries your number and an optional opening message. The customer scans, and the chat opens with "Hi, I'd like to ask about the item in the window" already typed — all that is left is to send it. That prefilled text is also the cheapest way to segment enquiries: give each code its own wording and you know where the message came from.

This code carries one of our short addresses, and that address is only reserved for you once you save.

How to do it

  1. 1

Enter the number in international format

With the country code: 905321234567. No leading zero.

  2. 2

    Write the prefilled message

One short sentence that names the request. Use different text for the window, the catalogue and the invoice.

  3. 3

    Download and place it

Shop window, packaging, invoice. A frame reading "MESSAGE US" lifts scan rates.

Dynamic or static?

A static WhatsApp code works offline but dies if the number changes. The dynamic one counts scans and lets you swap the number — better if several branches will use it.

Frequently asked

Do I need WhatsApp Business?
No, a regular WhatsApp number works.
What if my number changes?
With a dynamic code you change it in the dashboard and the printed code stays valid.
Is the message sent automatically?
No. It is typed for the user, who decides whether to send it.
