Create a menu QR code

The hard part of a QR menu is not building it — it is what happens when prices change. Point a printed code at a PDF and every price rise means reprinting the table stickers. The menu code here is dynamic: the code you stick on the table never changes, and the menu behind it is edited from your dashboard.

This code carries one of our short addresses, and that address is only reserved for you once you save.

How to do it

  1. 1

    Add categories and items

Starters, mains, drinks — each item takes a price, a description and an optional photo. Tags like vegetarian, spicy or gluten-free are available.

  2. 2

Match the design to your venue

Upload your logo, pick your brand colours, add a call to action such as "SCAN FOR MENU". A code that fails the readability check cannot be downloaded.

  3. 3

    Download and print

PNG for table stickers, vector PDF or SVG for signage and print. Vector files stay sharp at any size.

  4. 4

    Update prices from the dashboard

New prices, new dishes, seasonal menus — the change is live the moment you save it. No reprinting.

PDF menu or digital menu?

A PDF menu forces guests to pinch and zoom, and large files open slowly. A digital menu lays itself out for the phone and lets people browse by category. If you prefer a PDF, choose the PDF type — that is dynamic too, so the file can be swapped later.

Frequently asked

Is a QR menu free?
Creating and downloading is free. The free plan includes 200 scans in total; busier venues upgrade.
Do I reprint the code when the menu changes?
No. The address inside the code is fixed; the menu content lives with us and changes take effect immediately.
How many items can I add?
Up to 40 categories with 200 items each.
Does it work without internet?
No, a QR menu needs a connection. That is why many venues place a Wi-Fi code next to the menu code.
